Singles is a gimme - Brady hands down. It is a strong open singles draw for a Canadian Nationals but there are only 3 or 4 players at the most that can even push Brady, and that may be an exaggeration. Open Doubles - Brady is playing with Mike Bargman who was a fine open player in his day but hasn't played in many years. He is a lefty so that will take Brady out of the match a little anyways. I would still bet on Brady-Bargman, but the open doubles is stacked as well and it will be interesting. Deckert-Iglesias, O'Donnell- Munson, Bell-Cammet, McCann-Kopchuck, Pearse-Forest and I know I am missing at least another strong team, should be able to give Brady-Bargman a run for their money. BTW, Mike's Dad Stan Bargman is being inducted into the CHA Hall of Fame as a contributor/coach. Best size and strength of draw at a Canadian Nats in quite a few years.

Brady/Bargman just lost to Hamel/Jennings in the doubles.

WOW!!
The Champs, as they are known in the Great North, are not just good-looking, cool, and know how to party, but they can also play some serious ball. Grant is a master on the right side, and The Sleek Panther is as steady as it gets. Great win for the Champs.

Tyree has won his last three events: Boston Open, Tall Corn, and Coney Island One-Wall Singles. Brady has won his last 150 events, including some minor wins at the Nationals, Worlds, etc.. The two are on a collision course. Something has to give. The Gunner vs. Boy Wonder will be closer than most of you anticipate.
