Phoenix, AZ, WPH Press, 1/31/18- WPH Outdoor and AZ Outdoor Racquetball thrilled to present the 2018 WPH Outdoor 3-Wall Stop #4 at Tolleson Union High School, located at 9419 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ 85353, on Saturday, March 3, 2018. The WPH Outdoor Phoenix 3-Wall Battle will feature Men’s Pro Big Ball Singles, Men’s Pro Big Ball Doubles, Men’s Pro Small Ball Singles, B Big Ball Singles, 40+ Big Ball Singles, Women’s Pro Big Ball Singles, Men’s B Big Ball doubles, and junior Big Ball brackets.

The WPH Outdoor 7 Phoenix Battle Stop #4 will serve as the first 3-Wall event of the WPH Outdoor 7 season, with the season kicking off in January with the 1-Wall Florida Cup, hosting its second event at the 4-Wall Iceman in late January, and the third event at the 4-Wall Las Vegas Royal Flush in February. The top WPH Outdoor stars will be jockeying for the coveted positions inside the “Fab 4,” as the WPH Outdoor 7 approaches its midway point in early March in Phoenix.

Defending 3WallBall Small Ball singles champion Shorty Ruiz will headline the WPH Outdoor Phoenix Battle Men’s Small Ball singles field, alongside Race 4 Eight top five pro David Fink, WPH Outdoor star Brian Medina, and Race 4 Eight top 15 pro Abraham Montijo. The Big Ball Singles and Doubles field will also feature cross over star Shorty Ruiz and Sal Duenas, as well as a number of the world’s best 3-Wall Big Ballers.

[18893322_10155396485668799_1374323543823021720_n-300x200]“I am really excited about this event,” stated 2017 WPH Outdoor #3 pro Shorty Ruiz, who will be a favorite to win three pro divisions. “Phoenix is a great spot for a WPH Outdoor stop because it’s a short drive from Tucson and Southern California and a direct flight from almost everywhere in the country. This is a can’t miss event.”

“Each time WPH Outdoor has teamed with Darold Key and Arizona Outdoor Racquetball the event has been a huge success and that’s what I anticipate in early March,” stated WPH Outdoor director David Fink. “We are looking forward to perfect weather, a great venue, amazing hospitality, and the best 3-Wall Big Ball and Small Ball players in the world. What could be better!”

Since 2012, the WPH Outdoor Player’s Cup Series has hosted more than three dozen events in California, Mexico and Nevada, setting the stage for hundreds of top big ball stars to compete against one another in professional, competitive and family-friendly events that promote sportsmanship and community spirit while inspiring the next generation of players. All WPH Outdoor events host JR WPH clinics with WPH Outdoor elite players serving as mentors and coaches. WPH outdoor events also feature junior tournament divisions starting at nine-and-under for boys and girls.
